In 2023, in collaboration with The Woodmor Foundation and Tilbury Douglas, we have an exciting project that will give 12 people with disabilities or long-term health conditions over the age of 25 who are struggling to find work a chance to go on an exciting Arctic Challenge in Sweden. On this adventure, the participants will learn life skills, work skills and independence skills to transfer into the workplace.

During the challenge, the candidates will have a mentor who will work and support them throughout the process, a video CV of the journey and what they have learned from the experience, and a chance to fundraise for their community, making a real difference.
